amazing ambiencegood foodunwilling staff
the ambience have been amazing. food taste good. services was excellent. it was a pleasure to have an evening at alfresco.
i booked the 'best available rate' but five minutes later, my friend booked the same room with the monsoon rate, it cost one thousand rupees per night less. room service prices isn't transparent.

fantastic heritage stay

I was grateful for the smooth check-in process, thanks to the helpful staff. the food was a real highlight. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spread. the heritage wing was a treat. My room had a great ambiance and was very calm.
I did experience a slight delay in receiving a hot water bottle one evening. It took a couple of phone calls and over an hour for it to arrive. this was after asking about some medicine for my daughter, where i was told to buy from outside instead of receiving some assistance.

a grand experience!
extensive varietyattentive servicestrategic location
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! the variety was great, with both local and international options. i especially appreciated the attentive service i received from amjad during breakfast. He made sure i had everything i needed. the strategically located hotel made it very easy for me to get around and see many of the interesting sites.
the bakery staff seemed a little inexperienced, requiring some patience.
